   Standing at the gateway to the Parc National des Ecrins and just over the border from Italy, the campsite "Les Vaudois", protected by the Mont Brison, the highest limestone rockface in France, and bordered by the Gyronde river and its exciting range of white water sports, the peaceful and spacious pitches of this campsite are dotted throughout a 5 hectare forest. Ideal for nature lovers, who dream of breathing in the pure mountain air of the wide open spaces, the campsite's visitors will be spoilt for choice as they survey in amazement the unforgettable views over the majestic mountain chains that surround them such as the Mont Pelvoux that peaks at 3943 metres, topped by its eternal snows.
